If savings cannot be validated, the success-based share drops away. The risk sits with us, not you.

If success-based contracting is not possible internally, get in touch, we will assemble a fixed-price setup in the discovery call.
Then only the setup and training fee (40% of the target fee) applies. The 60% success fee is waived. That risk is ours, not yours.
#faq-1Contractually: non-adopters x average fully loaded cost x 12 months. A non-adopter is anyone below the contractually fixed ability-and-willingness threshold at the end of transformation (default: <40/100). Third-party verification is possible.
