After the online module we come to your team for a full day on-site. Instead of generic exercises, your team solves real tickets from your backlog, paired with our trainers. Goal: your team is productive from the first sprint instead of calibrating for weeks.

How many hours does Light require per employee?
Four to eight hours, depending on prior experience. Self-paced over four to eight weeks, no live sessions.

Yes. The Light price is credited towards the Pro package if the upgrade happens within 12 months of the Light booking.
#upgradeWhat happens if an employee leaves the company after training?
Lifetime access is per person. You can transfer the slot once free of charge to another employee if the original employee leaves within 90 days of booking.
#leaverHow does the "60 percent of savings" calculation actually work in the Pro package?
Before the programme we measure a baseline cycle time per size class from 12 to 18 months of ticket history. After the programme we measure the same KPI on the same axis. The difference multiplied by your engineering full-cost rate gives the identified annual saving. 60 percent of that is our fee, paid in three milestones (20 percent at kickoff, 20 percent after training, 60 percent with the KPI report).

Yes. Both Light and Pro produce a per-person competence proof as a PDF after module completion. Pro additionally produces a workforce audit report that serves as evidence in a GDPR or AI Act inspection.

Yes. Lessons and AI feedback are available in English and German. Sales calls and on-site workshops by default in the language of your engineering team.

Please book a short sales call. Above 50 employees we tailor onboarding waves, tenant setup and role model, which usually brings the per-person price below 350 EUR.

One full day (8 hours) with a Sentient trainer at your location, after the online module is completed. We pair on real tickets from your backlog, calibrate the workflow in the context of your codebase, and run an open Q&A. That is the difference to the online module, which stays theoretical: here we apply what was learned to your actual reality. We quote the price individually based on team size, location and backlog scope — travel and expenses are included. Date by request within four weeks of booking.

AI training funding: our Pro programmes qualify under the German Qualifizierungschancengesetz, often covering up to 100 percent of course fees plus a wage-cost subsidy. We help with the application during the discovery call at no cost.
